Other than this tour, where can I find other public bukkake events to attend? It seems like others have done this before.

usually you can organize these online through a craigslist type ad. there are also sometimes local "connections" magazines you will have better success with as well. drop by your local adult store and check out the magazine area or ask the clerk.
